Introduction: Migrating $RFOX & $VFOX to JUICE ($JUC)

The migration window to convert $RFOX and $VFOX tokens to JUICE ($JUC) has now officially closed as of 8:00 AM UTC, July 10, 2025. We’re deeply grateful for your support throughout this transition. Together, we’ve laid the foundation for the next era of growth on the Orange Network.

Please note that $RFOX and $VFOX tokens are no longer supported. Any unclaimed JUICE ($JUC) has been allocated to the Orange Treasury to support the future development of the network.

I Missed the Deadline — What Should I Do?

The migration period was open for 12 months and is now closed. If you did not migrate in time, unfortunately, we can no longer process migrations.

Why Migrate to JUICE ($JUC) on the ORANGE Network?

The RFOX and VFOX tokens are migrating to a new token JUICE ($JUC) to expand their vision to a new utility case. The JUICE token ($JUC) will replace the RFOX and VFOX tokens, transitioning to become the ecosystem gas token of the Orange Network.

The Orange Network and JUICE token ($JUC) broadens the tokens’ utility significantly, introduces new rewards and incentives for contributing to the growth of the ecosystem, and is the first phase of a longer-term progressive decentralization plan.

Our decision to migrate is fuelled by the desire to leverage the unique advantages of the Orange Network, aligning with our long-term goals:

Expanding utility case beyond the RFOX Ecosystem: A new name, a new horizon JUICE ($JUC) will replace both the RFOX and VFOX tokens, becoming the Orange ecosystem gas token.

• $RFOX to JUICE ($JUC) will be migrated at 1:1
• $VFOX to JUICE ($JUC) will be migrated at 1:20 - The maximum supply of JUICE ($JUC) is 3,000,000,000 - The migration of $RFOX & $VFOX to JUICE ($JUC) will run for 12 months. - Once the migration ends there will no longer be support for the existing RFOX token.
• Migration Period: Now until 8:00AM UTC, 10th July 2025
• Any JUICE ($JUC) not claimed during the migration will be allocated to the Orange Treasury

How To Migrate Your Tokens

We've streamlined the migration process for your convenience. For those holding tokens on-chain, you'll simply need to visit our official website, connect your wallet, and click the migration button. Once you give your approval, your $RFOX & $VFOX tokens will be seamlessly converted to JUICE tokens ($JUC).

Migration Timeline:

Confirmation of support from the exchanges, and alignment on the migration start date, is key to ensuring a seamless transition for all token holders, both on-chain and those holding tokens on exchanges.

Rewards and Incentives (Staking Program Details)

The Staking Program’s goal is to onboard existing RFOX community members to the new Orange Network.

Staking JUICE ($JUC) to earn ORANGE ($ORNG)

The JUICE Pool is the simplest way to earn. Simply stake your JUICE ($JUC) to earn ORANGE ($ORNG).

Staking will be done via a single-sided pool and ORANGE ($ORNG) is earned by staking the native gas token JUICE ($JUC).

Further and ongoing JUICE staking pools will be introduced in time.

Staking JUICE/AVAX LP for ORNG tokens

Farming rewards are set aside for LP providers and will also produce 32 million tokens for LP providers through a JUICE/AVAX LP Farming pool.

Staking VALT NFTs for ORANGE tokens

No need to migrate your VALT NFTs. They will serve the same purposes and be available across the existing marketplaces with the added benefit of staking rewards. We've streamlined the NFT staking process to ensure a smooth experience for VALT NFT holders.

As an ORANGE token holder, you will be able to stake your ORANGE token for additional rewards and participate in the governance of the Orange network.
